Before and After - Preparing a home to sell
Spending the time up front to sort, organize, declutter and depersonalize prior to listing a property will help create a light, bright and open feel to the home.  Features and amenities can be highlighted and photos will show how the space looks furnished.  

Having a plan in place for emptying the house (move, sale, donation, haul away), makes it easier should there be a quick sale of the property.  

Here are some examples of client homes:  Before, Staged with existing furnishings, and After when everything is removed.
